The bag of freeze dried yellow sponge cake desserts cups have already been baked for you and contains 6 desserts cups ready to be filled with your strawberries and covered with whipped topping once rehydrated.
The bag of freeze dried strawberries contains the equivalent of 35 ounces (just over 2 pounds) of fresh strawberries after rehydration. Each ounce of freeze dried strawberries will weigh approximately 10 ounces of fresh strawberries when rehydrated.
The whip topping can be mixed with water and whipped by hand or with a mixer for whatever consistency you desire. Add milk instead of water for a creamier tasting topping.
