With this product you will be purchasing one bulk package of freshly blanched and freeze dried broccoli florets with a net weight of 2.5 ounces, packaged for long term storage.

This bag contains 2.5 ounces of freeze dried broccoli, which is the equivalent of 15 ounces/just under a pound of fresh broccoli if purchased at your local farmers market once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of freeze dried broccoli will weigh approximately 6 ounces of fresh broccoli when rehydrated.
