With this product you will be pre-purchasing one bulk package of freshly prepared freeze dried biscuit, egg, bacon and cheese breakfast sandwiches with a net weight of 8.5 ounces, packaged for long term storage.

This bag contains three (3) biscuit, egg, bacon and cheese breakfast sandwiches that were freeze dried shortly after being freshly prepared and then quickly individually shrink-wrapped and packaged in nitrogen flushed bags in order to seal all of the flavor in. Created for a government RFQ, these “Midrats” are being made available to the public for the first time ever.

We guarantee a shelf life of 5 years on this product, if kept in the factory sealed packing and out of direct sunlight, although it should last a lot longer than that.

Each sandwich is sealed individually in a food-grade PVC film for protection and then packed in a nitrogen-flushed and sealed Mylar pouch. Note that while this packaging is intended to protect the sandwich from breaking, some cracking or breaking during packaging and transit is inevitable due to the fact that many items became fragile when the water is removed during freeze drying. This will not affect taste or nutritional values.

Shelf stable, so no refrigeration required. Have a meal on hand for whenever you need one, without having to lug a cooler with ice around. Perfect for emergency storage, hiking, backpacking/camping or to keep in the desk drawer at the office.
